THE LEGEND OF TELAGA REMIS

     Once upon a time. In the village of Pajaten, there were couples who love each other. Their names were Nyimas Sari and Joko Laga. They loved each other so much, and they promised to be together. Nyimas Sari was the proud of daughter of a rich merchant in the village of Pajaten, while  Joko Laga was a young orphan from a poor rural family. Even so, they were ignoring the degree of difference between the two. They still loved each other.

     However, in the midst of their happiness, both parents did not want  Nyimas Sari  had a relationship with a poor man. Both parents were so fond of Nyimas Sari. They wanted that in the future Nyimas Sari could marry a rich man. Nyimas Sari and Laga Joko tried to hide their relationship to the parents of Nyimas Sari. However, gradually, their relationship was finally known by  NyimasSari's.parents Her parents were so angry with Sari.

 "Sari!! Don't you know that you're the daughter of the richest merchant in the village? Why are you dealing with the poor guy?"Both parents scold Sari. 

"But, Dad .. Mom ..  we both love each other and we do not care about the difference in degrees between us "said Sari. 

"But why it should be the poor people?" Sari's mother said angrily.

 "Well, I'd better just marry you to a better person that has similar degree" added  Sari's father. 

"I will not!" Sari denied. 

"If you keep arguing, do not expect to be happy with a man you chose it" threatened Sari's mother.

       One day Nyimas Sari and Joko Laga intended to leave the village so that they could live happily without being forbidden by the parents. Both parents Nyimas Sari was informed, that his son had gone with Joko Laga left the village. With annoyance, eventually both parents condemn Nyimas Nyimas Sari Sari and Joko Laga became a 'barnacle'. "Damn! They are still desperate, their heart is hard as hard clams' they rightly they become a Scallop! "They unwittingly cursed his son and Joko Laga into a mussel.

       One day, in the middle of the forest. Nyimas Sari felt very thirsty, but amid the forest was not a drop of water was found. Then, Joko Laga intends to excavate the soil and hope menemuakn water. After a long time the hole deeper and deeper, the water came out of the ground. Joko Laga was shocked.

"Hah! Lots of water coming out. "Then they both drank water. However, they were astonished, "Why is the water does not stop, even added a lot of" they said.
At that time, the sky suddenly became overcast. Lightning was grabbed by creepy. Maybe the curse has come to them both. Finally, they both turned out to be a Mussels. And the water that comes out of the ground it had gained popularity and widespread, to form a lake. And finally the lake was also called "the Telaga Remis’’.
